How do I exchange/cancel/get refund my order?

If your parcel has not been shipped yet, you should tell us before 10:00 AM (South Korea Time), because international shipping procedure gets done by that time.


If your parcel has been shipped and arrived at your doorway, you should return your parcel back to us for any kind of exchange/cancel/refund request. However, please keep in mind that return shipping fee is up to customer's side except the case of defected products.
